Very philosphical / Sureal peice about Identity and human nature. very imperssive for late 60s theatere to me. coments on society and its fragile nature and how it may be twisted and manipulated. very nice if you are into being provoked into questioning existance and reality. If you rent or buy the criterion version you get an exclellent deconstruction by a film historian done in 2007. He explained and showed me a lot of symbolisam i had missed and confirmed some i was curious about.

I got mine from netflix. you might have trouble with Blockbuster as obscure titles like this usually are not in high demand. one suggestion if you do find a copy to watch view the movie before you view the video essay deconstructing the film. It explains a lot of symbology( please excuse what i assume is a made up word. i was doing two things at once. ugh. symbolism probblly is a better choice ha ) that you would have just seen if you watched it.
