ok lots of plus's and minus's here but i am not feeling well and will fill in the blanks later.

the inclusion of Mia Farrow as damien's nanny is really cool to me since Mia is in a pollar opisite role from the one she preformed in Rosemarrys baby.

No one can replace gregory peck so the male role was sort of an impossible replacemnet to cast but

the priest played by the guy who did the indian in the usual suspects was awesome.

the kid. meh the 70's damien was spookier . for those in the know i have a major issue with replacing the big wheel with the scooter. Whats the deal here? are big wheels no longer made for kids. its harder to belive the scene with the scooter since it seems less out of control and less frenetic / chaotic then the way the big wheel was flimed. the dogs are much cooler in the remake to me but its a slim thing. Mia Farrow is a bad ass in this movie. you can see what Sinatra was attracted to in such a strong woman. brutal awesome preformance.

rent the 70's version then rent Rosemarrys baby then rent the 2007 Omen. :-) Satan Saturdays ha.

serriously its the best way to see and take in what you would other wise miss. you would not understand how cool it is that in the remake of the omen Mia Farrow plays the Nanny for the character Damien. if you have not watched Rosemarrys baby you would not see how cool of a reversed role this is for her.
