ok hip i know your young probably too young for this but i am drooping the philosophical bomb

the jeasus stroy goes back way back before christianity.

egyptians had a myth about a boy son of a god who dies for his people sins.

ok all i am saying is be ready for the santa claus shock when you get older.

well wow i have to regretfully say no i am not. i would not be working all hours of the day if i were evil incarnate.

any way think about it how many pro sports players thank " God" at least the US ones when somehting good happens.

I would just like to see the Christan equivelent of prasing their evil alternate to that god once and awhile. :-)

Personaly I think they "Thank God" just for the sake of saying something, at least something intelligent. Not just blurting out "I wanna thank my uncle fer not molesterin me when i was little, i wanna thank my girlfriend fer givin me that bj last nite, without you guys i woulnt be here today!"

God involved in athletics makes absolutly no sense.

Seriously peope why would anyone who has a shred of love for his fellow competitors use prayer to try to influence the outcome of a sporting event? Would a truly loving God care about a touchdown for multimillionaire sports figures in a world filled with starving children? Is that what prayer is for? If not, then why all the crossing of shoulders and heads during sporting events? And why then are arms stretched toward "heaven" in thanks after a win of some kind?

Okay tb i got it figured out......

If a football player fumbles the ball does he say "Well, I think God made drop that ball for a reason...the other team must have been praying for me to drop it, and God had to flip a coin to choose between our two prayers."

Maybe an athlete doing an after-game interview say, "Well, we shoulda won, but ol' god there...he's a Redskin fan."
