OK the game / idea here is to log on to the members list and check the names.

no posts and a id are a clue to bot identification.

if you are not a bot post and complain :-)

any way. funniest bot randonm name.

come on it sounds like a sneeze but possibly a id name. almost to random to be a word but just maybe a real person. so post here if you are real and yell at me

they are generally single use id's created by humans, they will never be back so why bother with something they could remember easily.

I did recieve an email from one new member wanting to know why he could not log in, his id had been pruned for zero post, he has not returned.

So now they deactivate for a couple weeks before being deleted, just in case.

Every one that has signed up here has had there ip logged, every no post user has has their ip traced. they come from everywhere geographicly, most from russia, some from belgium, one or two from the uk. And then some from the US

If they were spambots they would post links and bots have trouble getting past the CAPTCHA settings, usually spam bots are human registered, then the bots go to work.

one spambot was captured on here 2 days ago and its ip block was banned and post deleted within 1 or 2 minutes of it getting on here.

so yeah, funny stupid names, but not a big concern. And i would also like them to post so they can chat or get banned.

no sorry i did not mean to make light of it in respect to the potential for a spam ridden board. I loved the family guy board but had not been there for a long time. i went back and 80% of the posts were solicitacions for nudity or pills or whatever. its a sad thing when the spam bots win. the names just made me laugh.

look at the names of our members that post here, compare those to the names of the ones that dont, there is such an obvious difference, how could you possibly make up something that stupid?
