Busy Busy Busy......

yeppers been busy as hell with work and stuff..
and my absence hasn't really been missed anyway

so i will be gone longer for a while now cause i'm in the process of gettin me and nemo a new house and moving and shit, loan was approved without a hitch so now its time to pay on 2 mortgages and just rent this one out after we get moved.

i will check in every now and then till things get settled, but now its time to shop for a new house
