Please not the salted lye one . I have been fortunate that i am far enough removed from my heratiage that i did not have to eat that salty perserved fish

baccala" is the Italian name for salted, dried codfish

the Yugosalvs called it that too. the ones from Brach at least.

no actually I hate cod....its frekin everywhere, but i like bass, crappie, LOVE snapper, yummy big thick chunk of snapper on the bbq grill, salmon steaks are good too if cooked right.....does any one like sushi??

I like pretty much all kinds of fish, and I LOVE sushi, just never have the $1 sushi.

yeah dont eat dollar menu sushi, never ate fugu either, to scared to try it and you would have to go to japan probably to eat it.
