Just letting you guys know I'm leaving this clan. I've been thinking about it lately and I've come to the conclusion I need to fly solo for awhile. You guys are awesome and please still keep me on your buddy lists as I would battle with you anytime, I just need to be clanless for now. I can't keep up with being in a clan right now, and recent events of this clan going in circles on particular issues with no resolve has disappointed me prompting me to take leave. I will still visit this forum if I am not to be banned for speaking out against what I see going wrong. I am not completely innocent myself as I tend to open my mouth at times, but mainly I do just want to have fun. So keep in touch guys and call me for help anytime.

That really sucks DW. Im really going to miss you in the clan. You brought alot of good people in and tryed to make us a great team.
I'll try and set up a friendly server now and then. I hope you'll play in them as i like blowing up with TOW missiles LOL. Take it easy and see you around.
BTW Theirs going to be a server tomorrow night DW. I know weekends you really don't play much BC of the GF but if you can join in that would be awesome.

Just to get it out there as well, I have left the clan too. I did it a couple of nights ago for similar reasons as DW. And like DW, I will still play with you guys anytime, just shoot me a message and I will do my best to be there. Im not leaving to join another clan and I hold no hard feelings toward any of you, yall are great guys and fun to play with and a great clan. Mybe not all of them but you weren't happy the way things were handle. Also some people in the clan are not as serious about GB and not having people show up for practices or match they signed up for must be frustrating.
Mybe im way off but that what i thought.

lol you are pretty spot on Gab, and yeah I left for other issues too because I agree with having fun in this community, but what I didn't like was those who would demand fun, but yet allow troublemakers to consistently come back to spoil fun for others. It's illogical. But anyways it happens and I left because of it. Me not carrying the Spud tag anymore doesn't say I still won't drop by here or play Warhawk with you guys. I still plan to play any games with you, even high stakes poker again. I just need to be clanless for awhile and rank up and figure out what I do in the future.

to allow freedom is to allow the possability of complications. when people behave poorly and get thier feelings hurt there really is no way to undo that.

I still think the door should be open either way except in the most serrious of actions which might put people in danger or make them feel threatend.

barring bizare hateful behavior i think we have to permit alot that might be considered anatagonistic which may make us look week. I dissagree i think its weaker and easier to lock out people of differing opinions and make this a stale enviroment where everyone thinks and cowtows to the leaders.

i agree with that but i think there is only a certain extent as to which you can disagree. if you just state your opinion and let other ppl have theirs, then thats fine. but if you state your opinion and then get mad when other ppl don't feel the same way as you then i think that isn't fine. and we shouldn't be so lenient to repeat offenders.

but whatever the only thing bothering me right now is my teeth so i don't care either way lol

yes everyone has the right to thier own opinion but you have to accept that not everyone will agree with you on all things.

that said we should be able to treat each other with respect ( when not goofing around of couse we can get silly but that is not what this is aobut)

if you cannot handle someone elses opinion wihtout reacting violently or losing control and exploding you should probably seek threaputical help.


the thing is who at what point a mod is required to step in usaullay comes after some one has lost control and lost of members can be involved and its a huge mess.

we try the best we can sometimes incidents occour. I did like how you nood cloud and one or two others handled yourlseves recently durring the goofineess

you calmly objected and it made it clear to me who the out of control members were. any if some one acts like a jerk they will look like a jerk too so

my best suggestion is to repeat what fish says. if someone is posting or flaming for the sake of creating trouble or if somthing is getting out of hand

PM a mod who can lock the threads or those of you who are mods. lock a thread down. you can always unlock it and no harm done.

bannishment should be reserverd for anyone thretening our members or attempting to defruad our members of cash or ID's or spoofing as one of us and attepmting to comint fraud and things like that. maybe i am being overley lienient but i want this to be a open and fun place not a harsh closed envrioment

Fish is a nice/good guy. He gives people 2nd chances. Well DWOMT, I gotta say....WTF?!?!?!?!?! AND POCKET?!?!?
You guys are the blood and bones in this clan. You guys give us support in the air, and you lead this clan. I guess we gotta find another leader(practice schuelder/host, organizer).

geez i been on vacation and just got back, what the hells going on? before i left i seen that fish was back and was takin over and that and the hell with planning and i figured dw would leave or something after that cuz i know he was offended some way. i personaly believe there isnt much order when it comes to gb and thats what clans are 100% about... u join a clan to fight other clans and be the best clan. i have yet to play in one with you guys cuz all the good ppl get in. i have been thinking about leaving for a couple weeks cuz i wanna clan battle but 4 vs 4 and 6 on 6... isnt enough ppl for me. i dont even kno if i have a point to this but im jus sayin how i feel lol

hey diamond, yeah that post bout me woulda been easy to misinterpret by some/any that were not here in the GGL days when we fragged the hell outta everyone and whoever signed up first got in game instead of putting in the best , everyone got a chance to play regardless.

the "I'm back and taking over" statement was akin to a drunken Noodlez charging into a bar and telling everyone to bow down to him cause he was the pope.

You also need to realize most gb's are 4v4 to 8v8. WIth warhawk out for so long now many members of alot of clans have moved on to other games.
