Incognito wants new designs from YOU

incognito are running another competition to see your insignia or custom paint job in the next warhawk patch:

'Incognito are looking for artistic Warhawk players to design their own insignias and paint schemes for the Warhawk Jets and Nemesis aircrafts. The competition is open to everyone and submissions can be posted in the official Warhawk forums. The competition is running until June 23rd and the winners designs will be featured in a forthcoming patch.

To take part in this cool competition, all you have to do is design a new insignia or paint scheme (or both!) – guidance on how to do this, plus technical restrictions and eligibility requirements, can be found on eu.playstation.com or on the official Warhawk forums at http://community.eu.playstation.com/playstationeu/board?board.id=608'

Hey Arc. yeah I THink this time its Europe only. We had this recently before the last patch and it was US only. I was frustrated but feel free to poll the guys and see if any could get anything subbmited. I had huge issues uning the paint shop programs and complete frustration with the bitmaps. I was never able to submit one.

this brings me to my rummor post. EU people i have an unconfirmed rummor that may make you happy. nothing more till i get substantil proof. Good luck witht the ARt Arc.

hey post your designs here if you can. so we can see them. I am not sure we will see the EU paints as options here in the US.



OOPs sorry no i dont have photo shop . i was forced to try and work with MS pain, Gimp, and whatever the defualt Mac is in 10.4 ugh. they all scuked.

well you already posted about the new firmware but i figure this will coincide with a new warhawk patch. That is if i remember correctly happend when there was the US only competetion for paint schemes. so i am thinking a new patch is coming out.

Hey Arc are you able to use any of the new paint shcemes that were selected from the US contest? I am currious to see if we get to use the ones you guys submit.

eh yeah we got them as bonus paint jobs so yeah you guys will be able to get the ones that are chosen from europe. so in a way everbody wins

dude. dont sweat it. I wound up silly tantrum mad after being unable to use 3 different defualt paint programs. it drove me carzy. i was about ready to use crayons and scan it back on my PC. ugh.

cool to hear that we get them since you got ours. that again makes me think a new patch is coming out after/ when they release the contest paints. woo hooo.

Funny thing is i understand layers from Tinkering with Visual C++ man i have ignored that for awhile.

any way hmmmmmmm bit maps were tough for me so i will give you my warhawk ideas. i will look for some of those WWII Werid battleship paints if you have ever seen them they wrere crazy Geometcirc and flashy colors. i never understood how they were camoflauge. someone tried to expalin it to me but my mind just closed up shop and went home.

maybe a melting skull with blood driping back across the wings and tail

or a devil with blod there is already a warhawk with flames on it. * shakes fist in air at imagineary planes. *

yeah, if they were all ten to thirteen years old but it could work. i was thinking maybe one of them could be an ice one, it looks as if the warhawk if frosted over, could look cool and be useful as camo for VG

Ice artic blue hmmmmmmmmmm an adendum to that line of thought IF you could white wolf face on the hawk nose. I dont know about snow birds. Eagles live in alaska so an eagle theme too maybe
