I may pick it up once the price drops again.

PS No Sonic 3 and Knuckles pretty much no buy. That is the best Sonic game ever.

Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles is in this collection. And Altered Beast is there too! God I loved that game as a kid. This is a nice collection to have on the PS3. Another positive thing you left out TB, is that these games will be in HD resolution. Sega is taking advantage of the Blu-Ray and these games will look sharp and crisp as ever in HD. I can't wait to pick this up on Feb 10th.

I miss these old Sega Genesis games.

No no DW, Sonic 3 and Knuckles. It combines Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles into one awesome game.

I know that Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckes combine, I still own those games along with my original Sega Genesis lol. I used to love plugging my Sonic 2 game on top of the Sonic & Knuckles hook on, because Knuckles was pretty cool in Sonic 2 as well!

Agreed, Kuckles in Sonic 2 was awesome. But Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles by themselves are ok, together however they are great.

lol me too TB. My old genesis and it's games are boxed away in my closet, but it all still works. I should plug it into my HDTV sometime and see how it looks. What I like about this Sega collection on the PS3 though is the games are enhanced with HD resolution to make them look sharp on an HDTV. I can't wait to see how my old favorite genesis games are gonna look in that format.

No thanks. Not old enough to have enjoyed those games so no emotional tie.
