Ok dont buy out of your region. i have heard all sorts of problems with people tyring to acces different stores with credit cards. dont do this unless you are happy to lose money if it does not work

... Actually it would depend on if your Credit Card can be used internationally. If it can then yes. You'd probably be in better shape just finding a EU PSN Card on one of the importing sites, a little more expensive but sure to work.

you can buy off any store using a credit card from the right region (www.entropay.com supposedly works) but most of the content is region-locked so it wouldn't work.

you could get stuff like ps1 games to work though.
