Done with LBP

Ok, im allready tired of LBP, after making it thru all the levels I started creating my own, but quickly figured out you can only put so much into it.
I had the level all planned out on paper, now I cannot complete it as I have more space to fill up and not enough room to do it (the bar on the side says im 3/4 done) but i still have over half my level to complete. And then there is the monotony of getting stuff to work and function as you want it, making sure everything is glued down or else the whole level falls apart and I have to go reattach everything. Tedious, yes. And I have spent hours to get it all together only to realize i cannot finish it. So it will just be one of those random games that i might play every now and then.

Dang this burns my ass. I am so bummed to hear this. i have not evean tried to start doing a level yet but if you are not allowed to make it how you wnat then WTF? can i get a WTF people please.

@ cloud, my entire level consisted of cogs, pistons, fire and electricity. I even had some cogs pulling piston raised platforms over to a place to jump off.

Dont get me wrong everyone, it is still a fun game, and alot of peeps will enjoy this sorta game. Maybe I just need a break,i dunno, but it did irk me that i cannot put in everything i needed to complete my level after working many hours on it and planning it out. I can still finish it, it will just be alot shorter than i had planned.

So now I know, and my next design will be more thought out as to the limitation of how much can go into it.

You do know that there is a huge issue going on where the mods are banning any level based on another movie/game/tv show and so on. I read about it the other day, they deleted everything ffom starwars levels to mario levels.

yeah some stuff fills the meter up in a hurry.

yeah amen to that the warhawk I have been working on for a week now is 30% of the lvl by its self but it will be so worth it if I can just get the damn hover mode to work right fight nightmare balanceing out rockets on uneven rides
