Secret Intel?

Was looking at the intel for the campaign mode and i found a weird letter. The 13th intel if you want to know. A frist I thought it was weird that certain letters were capitalized that shouldn't be. Then i realized i could be a code so i wrote down all the letters that where capped out of place. They were.
FLEELATTAKIMMINENTOOBATONROUGE
What i got made a little sense.
Flee L attak imminent oo Baton Rouge.
It maybe a bit off. I think its pretty interesting they through that into the game.

Some of the intel is fun to look at. They have profiles of some of the characters which gave a little background info.

Man aleast im not the only one to notice. I will get them all. The frist time i go through the game i try to find them on my own. I'll use a guide to find the ones i missed.
