New Positions Idea 2

All right guys here is what I'm thinking. Right now we have Commander and 1st+ 2nd LT's. How about we throw away the LT's and just call them commanders? They all habe the same responsibilites because the only responsibilty of the LTS are to fill in for the commanders and come up with ideas. This is the way I'm going to put it for now and we see how it goes.

Ground Leaders
1st Commander: WHO_99
2nd Commander: Ryan
3rd Commander: TB

Air Leaders
1st Commander: Gab
2nd Commander: Noodlez
3rd Commandr: Fish

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Commanders Job: To recruit, find GB's, create strategys, organize your players for your squad.

Oh and for the people I put as leaders, if you don't want to be a leader, you don't have to. Just say so and we will strip you of position.

ill give being a LT a shot...although i might have to demote if it interferes too much with my killzone 2 duties...gotta run a full fledge clan in that starting this weekend -_-
