Re: RRB Voting on positions
That's what I am hoping for Mad. I think with commanders leading these teams and organizing our talent. The next step will just be to practice and mesh these teams with their talents. Then I believe over time we will grow to be a competitive force and we could actually start doing some damage to other clans in a fight.

it will also help if i can delegate more power in GB too. so that others who can take games that are good for them on weeknights or afternoons. I am turning down so many games i just dont have the time for most of them right now.
the key to challenging is easy look for a team with a record like ours or challenge below us :-)

ok. one part of me says that you are steeping a lil' low with that move, yet i have respect for that saying that we cant afford to get involved with elite clans and get murdered.
trust me if that one battle happens again and we get slaughtered again... X=-_(

Re: RRB Voting on positions
hey mad we played close to 50 GGL tournament games against teams who were in it for the blood. I had a different line up each night and had to scramble a lot for players when people would not show
I Dont mind evan competition i just dont want to play people who practice all day long.

Re: RRB Voting on positions
Sorry Mad, but we are a life comes first kinda clan. A lot of the guys in this clan are either married, girlfriends, kids, working, or school. I do want to practice, but not all day everyday. That's a bit much for me, and I couldn't fnd the time for it. In my honest opinion we can still eventually put up a good fight against elite clans. It's about teamwork, strategy, skill, and talent to match them in a fight. That's the pieces we want to put together.

Ok guys last chance for anyone else to volunteer for positions. I will be locking this thread sometime today, then either we'll vote or the positions will be given away to the people who volunteered.

Re: RRB Voting on positions
Ok guys, in 2 hours or less I am locking this thread and choices will be made on these positions. Just remember, if you volunteer and get one of these spots, you guys are committing to these and wanting to help organize us better for future clan battles and internal clan activities.
