RRB Voting on positions
ok i've gotten the go ahead from TB to go ahead and form our Warhawk clan players into groups to help organize us better. It's not my place to appoint anyone to these positions. So I say we as a group should nominate or vote who we think should fill these spots. These groups/positions all have responsibilities to them so please keep that in mind. This is to help better organize us for GGL, GB, friendly clan battles, and any other events we may have. I will now list the vacant positions, their descriptions, and then it's up to all of us to choose.
First group: RRB Air Squadron
Commander(Leader)-empty
1st Lt-empty
2nd Lt-empty
Commander of this squadron is responsible for organizing all pilots of the RRB clan. This person will train, organize, recruit, and track down pilots as needed. When a clan battle is needed whether as a friendly or GB, the commander must use his resources to organize his pilots whether by communicating to them through the forum or by email on the PS3 itself. This person must also coordinate with the commander of the ground pounder group to plan strategies for clan battles.
1st Lt: All the same responsibilities as above if the Commander of this group is not present. 1st Lt will help track down players as needed for a battle, and also will help with training, development, and strategies of the team. Will be needed to lead an air wing into battle as necessary.
2nd Lt. All the same responsibilities as above if the Commander and the 1st Lt are not present. Has the same responsibilities as a 1st Lt. Both Lts must work together to plan strategies. Will be needed to lead an air wing into battle as necessary.
Second Group: RRB Ground Pounder Battalion
Commander (Leader)-empty
1st Lt-empty
2nd Lt-empty
Commander of this battalion is responsible for organizing all ground pounders of the RRB clan. This person will train, organize, recruit, and track down ground pounders as needed. When a clan battle is needed whether as a friendly or GB, the commander must use his resources to organize his troops whether by communicating to them through the forum or by email on the PS3 itself. This person must also coordinate with the commander of the pilot group to plan strategies for clan battles.
1st Lt: All the same responsibilities as above if the Commander of this group is not present. 1st Lt will help track down players as needed for a battle, and also will help with training, development, and strategies of the team. Will be needed to lead an infantry division into battle as necessary.
2nd Lt. All the same responsibilities as above if the Commander and the 1st Lt are not present. Has the same responsibilities as a 1st Lt. Both Lts must work together to plan strategies. Will be needed to lead an infantry division into battle as necessary.
Please everyone vote for these positions with clear thought on who you want in. Rules are you can only vote once, no using alts IDs to vote, you can't vote for yourself, you have to vote for someone else to make it fair. Please stay on topic in this thread guys lol. Just remember what these positions are for as you're voting. This structure should organize us much better for battles. Please list who you want to nominate for each position. After this voting finishes, we will then make the rosters to go with each group. Good luck!
DO NOT VOTE AS THIS TIME. USE THIS THREAD TO VOLUNTEER YOUR NAME TO BE USED FOR VOTING PURPOSES THAT WILL TAKE PLACE STARTING MONDAY FOR A POSITION. Then the voting can begin. The thread above will be saved for when the real voting starts.

Re: RRB Voting on positions
ok wait guys DO NOT vote, I need to make some changes. I just realized, it's not right for us to just go naming people off the top of our heads. I want those who want to be considered for these spots to name themselves first in this thread. Then on Monday we'll start the real voting based on those who volunteer. This makes better sense. I'll still keep my original post as is above till we use it.
I am putting my name in the hat to be considered for a position. Everyone else interested please follow. We'll keep volunteering till Sunday, then on Monday we begin the real voting.

I volunteer to be the guy that sits back and just gives ideas to the commander and lts so they can use them to work off of to plan strategies, more useful for the groundpounders than the flyboys, cause i have alot of ideas and theorys and have been cornered in every building in every map and i wanna put some of these thoughts to work.
I hate it when the voices in my head go silent.....I never know what those fuckers are up to.

Re: RRB Voting on positions
we're not voting yet Ryan LOL. We're just taking volunteers who want to be considered for these positions. Once we have all the volunteers, we will post their names and people will then vote who they want. So no voting yet lol. You already did your part by volunteering.

Sorry Kat i have to tow the line as well what works for other clans is good for them but if we have particapation and active membrs that can function in whatever design then that is the one for us. does not mean that we cant adjust or tinker or change things but i am always willing to try to get somthing working to take some of the load off and aslo involve the members.

Your not towing the line at all that wasn't my suggestion I was just trying to show how the others do it. But cool I want to see how this turns out WYLD is in a bit of an unorganized time with about 40 members or so and a lot of em are active but scrambled maybe ill be able to use this method there and we can getting everything functioning right.

Re: RRB Voting on positions
This method is to help organize the members who are not always on the forum. The commander and Lts will be the ones actively organizing, posting on the forums, and tracking down the designated players on the PS3 itself if needs be to rally the players we need for GBs and friendly clan battles.
I used this same method when I lead my Guild of 200 players in World of Warcraft and it worked. I have experience in this kinda thing and I want to try it here. Also keep volunteering guys if you want to be considered for these spots. Probably Monday night I am gonna lock this thread and open up a new one to begin the voting. Just remember you're volunteering for responsibility you have to commit to.

Ok so far those who are volunteering for command positions are:
DWOMT
RyanMiller
fish
Vash
WHO
MadHazard
So that's 6 people, any more volunteers? The way this is shaping, we may just have to place these 6 people in spots they have experience in. I will push this thread to stay open till tomorrow (Tuesday). Then I am gonna lock it and either we'll vote or these 6 people will be given the spots based on their talents. Come on guys
