i got my master sniper award last night so i thought i'd give you a nice bit of insight.

i've found there's 2 ways to do it:
1) at a distance, guess where a person is going to travel too and aim just ahead. Keep following them for about or a second or 2 and then slow down and let them walk into your crosshair... bam! gone. a nice long range sniper shot.
2) this works well on small maps and i know a couple of good spots on closed corridors if you want showing ;) Find a spot where you know people will go - ladders work best or looking at a base or near a good weapon such as mines. and then use step 1 if needed to get them.

hope this helps at all :yeh:

Excellent info awentford. I'm not much of a sniper, but this is good info to those who want to be snipers. Good job my friend!

the only i have to add to the snipping tips if you make a few shots whether you get a kill or not move to another spot. they will see the trail of smoke and snipe you or fly and stab you while your zoomed in. I've done it and they never see it coming.

Yh this is true, always keep changing your position, every 1-3 kills or so.

I have heard kneeling down gives your reticule better stability then standing and sniping.
