I just watched the trailers with Dylan on GTTV. they said the vids would be up on gametrailers.com I don't see them up yet though.

It looks good, but I have to see more of it first. The whole "gathering resources while fighting" aspect kinda turns me off a bit. What I liked about Warhawk was how you could just jump into the fight, now I have to be distracted by resources and building stuff? I don't know. The Starhawks look awesome though.

I just watched the Sony special on Spike tv too..
Yeah idk the whole build thing looks weird, the rift energy seems like it would be really distracting in a multi game, and the guns look weird. Dunno I feel like it's an entirely new game not a sequel to Warhawk. They are just jerking people around with the 'hawk' in the title of this one lol. A campaign seems alright, but I liked that Warhawk was great with just the multiplayer no solo aspect needed.

I will have to play this one and see how it really is though. Tough to judge it with the small bit of footage they gave us.

Dunno...3 years for this? Hopefully there's more to the game than what they showed us..

The ground fighting almost reminded me of Socom 4, just adding in some Warhawk elements and we have Starhawk.

Yeah I thought the single player looked eh.

The multiplayer looked kinda similar to me with major graphics upgrades.

I mean yeah its starhawk not warhawk. Its sad to see it look so different, but I think they kinda have to do to copyright laws and such.

The turret building thing is ok I think. I am sure there is a limit to its use or specific game mode types for it. In warhawk a lot of turrets were useless and I think this helps that issue. Remember they are showcasing this new feature so may seem like its taking over when it really is just one small component of the game.

The new Jeeps are pretty sick tho. And I'm actually not big on the looks of the planes, but that may because I want it to look like warhawk.
