Ok so I just got the game and got to somewhere in chapter 2, then left to my dads but I gotta say, wow. So far this game has been amazing. It really excels at putting you in this horror survival feeling that has you on edge the whole time. Not only that but instead of trying to do a ton of suspense, which isn't that scary, they use the atmosphere and a bunch of unique jumpy moments which have even gotten me pretty god. I don't get scared at all but this game can get me pretty good at parts. It doesn't have multiplayer but its an amazing single player game and I suggest it to everyone. Does anybody else play? I know Elk does as he has a platinum on it.

i have thought of getting this game but didnt know much about it. If it is any good i might get it when the price goes down a little.

I really liked the ending. I am a horror buff and it just felt right.

yeah the you know the cheap jumping scares are there but they still catch you. ha. i really enjoyed the ending very very well done.

the ambiance all together is amazing. really really nice linear horror story / adventure.
dude if you can find them download the voiced comics from the ps3 store

its a prologe thing. some are weak but most are really nice.

Personaly I think the ending battle could have been better, after rattling off a few clips from my plasma gun he was dead...I expected more .

But the very very very end made me jump....again.

of course I have surround sound and it is usually turned up somewhat above normal......... and I fkn jumped...again

ha. yeah it had some excellent make you jump scare moments.

i did enjoy the over all ambiance i thought it was connistantly creapy and the music unsettling. the very end was a cherry on the top :-) made me jump too.
