You might think i am reffering to teamwork as the weapon but i am not. I am yet reffering to a weapon that implies teamwork and can only be used defensivly but yet not being able to kill.

Controls- The emp rocket launcher is just like the normal rocket launcher control wise it can lock on and then you let go to fire.

Damage- NONE oh i bet that suprised you. The emp rocket launcher stops a vehicle for a team making it so none of the vehicles features work EX for a jeep you cant drive or use the gun, for the tank you cant usethe main gun or drive. For the Warhawk it puts you in a mode like stalling.

Description- The emp rocket launcher is a weapon that can allow you to really show teamwork. The rocket launcher has 4-6 rounds undecided. When the emp fires and hits a target the target starts shooting out little electric bolts like a fully charged lighting thing the bolts don't hurt you though just shows how the vehicle is frying up. The emp effect length is undecided also. But it does lock on to JEEPS, APC's, Tanks, dropships and warhawks. The jeeps are still pending.

I'm thinking nearly identical to the default rocket launcher only a different colour and instead of an RPG looking end it would have kind of a claw that snaps onto a target.

O my god he is reading my mind that is what i was thinking like make it red or blue or something that would fit in but i didn't think of the claw. I was thinking i had nothing better to do why not send it to incog studios so send it in when you are done.

I'm sitting in a private LAN game with my bincs zoomed in on a rocket launcher now.

In the Warhawk manual it's called the MPSTA/S-19 Man-Portable Radar Homing Missile.

So for prototype purposes I named this one the MPSTA/S-20 Man-Portable Radar Homing EMP Missile

That's the principle I was thinking of...

And umm... I'm not sure, it might have been more than one movie, I think it was 2 fast 2 furious or some of those kind of movies, I'm sure it's been in more than 1 movie.

yeah they were pretty cool cause they penetrated the skin of the vehicle so they wouldnt fall out
