The Trial ( the 60's Orson Wells Adaptation

What can i say. Government bureaucracy out of control and what would happen if innuendo and threats were as good as facts in arresting people ever wonder what Guilty until proven innocent would be like.

Ok this is a very visually impressive piece I wold rank it higher then Citizen Cane but i like the authentic Prague buildings and the source material is more substantial then a biopic about a tycoon. the Nightmare logic at work in this piece is truly unsettling. ok its not going to blow you away if you are a CGI whore but give it a chance and experience one of the best movies ever made.

It may take some effot to find but if you like sureal bizzare upside down logic nightmare type movies this really is impressive.

I thinnk i have watched it nearly 15 to 20 time now. I can do it over and over so much becase so much of it is so bizzare.

the light and shadow that Wells understood really comes though dramaticly in this film
