why do i suk at flying so bad

I need 1 troop kill and 1 ground vehicle kill to advance in rank (warhawk recruitment). Ive been trying for 3 days. Anybody got a tip or 2 to help me out? I cant seem to kill things on the ground. Maybe its cuz i just started trying. Oh and it also says i need 3 bonus points to. How exactly do we score bonus points? Thanks everyone!

Get the TOW missle

You get bonus points by getting a badge/medal/ribbon.

When you get Warhawk Recruiting you get 3 bonus points. I'm trying to get too... The TOW missile is really useful, though.

I got my kills using the tow, then flew around the edge of the map till i had the time limit, think i was in a zones..

the tow missile and invisibility together. go to a base (when your invisible) thats full of enemys switch weapons blow them up. also to get that medal i think you have to be in the plane for four minutes. not in one life just cumulative over the entire battle. did you know you get three combat points for killing someone in a plane with a tow. ive done it. not easy.

Nice suggestons. I cant remember how I did it. You can have some nice battles with thanks and the Swarm or heat seakers and your machine guns. the cluster bomb is fun but can be hard to aim and drop but if you have done it center in a contested zone you should have a lot of kills. all the other sugestion are equally vlaid though. just tinker around and see what wepons you do best with and use those.

Just get full stealth, lightning, cluster and TOW. Go annoy the crap out of the base. You should save the TOW for the vehicle as most people will get out of the vehicle when its almost dead. A charged lightning or cluster bomb and then finishing up with machine guns takes out a soldier no problem.

Yeah, I just got it. (woot) I was in Archipelago (Acropilas Assault) and shot a TOW at the guy who had our flag. Turned out there were tons of people around him, and I got it. Just keep trying.

Woot!! Gratz stick!! I will be goin for it again tonight!! And all this flying i been doin lately is pretty fun. I like dogfighting!! I just sucked so bad at flying when i first started i told myself i will just be a ground guy, then i realized i had to fly to rank up. I was like "bleep i hate flying", now i dig it!!
