ROCK BAND 2
So, my friends and I are big RB fans, and my 360 owning buddy got RB2 last Sunday. We spent pretty much an entire day playing with 5-6 people jumping in/out, and I have to say that it is great.
BWT is much improved (no random impossible songs), with lots of integrated web challenges. Plus, it was way easier to get people in and out, change members, etc.
The track list rules as well: I'm generally the designated singer, so I have to say my personal faves were Hungry Like the Wolf (Duran Duran), Man in the Box (A&C), Livin on a Prayer (BJ), Go Your Own Way (FM), Today (Pumpkins) and Float On (Modest Mouse). I also play the guitar/bass and Livin on Prayer and Man in the Box were def highlights on that fake instrument.
Can't wait to get the game on PS3 and unlock all of the songs! Anyone else played it yet, or just excited for it?

Cool (I've only gotten to play it because I have a friend with an Xbox). My wife is our designated drummer, and she's pretty good (by our standards!

When the new one comes out for PS3, maybe we could do some band battles, etc. online.

I know it's said constantly, but you guys get hosed in Australia with the game content ratings, release dates, and such. I'm sorry...
Yeah, DD and I go way back (my sis had one of their posters on her wall when we were growing up!)! I still remember when the "Wild Boys" video debued on MTV...

If you do ever get ahold of RB (1 or 2), look me up.

Hey TB, just saw this in your earlier post. What instrument do you play? I play the guitar and some piano. My baby is my 2000 Peavy EVH Wolfgang (it's blue... like all of my guitars!). Also, what kind of music do you play?
