Know But the adventures of barron van munchhousen is awesome. Jaberwoky less so.

the disturbing peice i am thinking of is " Tideland" watch it with out your spouse parrents or depending on your case children around

it is truly disturbing and jaw dropingly good.

Yutland. woot.

Serrriously dont watch it with anyone around. so they wont think your evil.

most deranged peice. could be a marriage of trainspoting married to the last picture show.

Then again i will load up " Gummo" once and awhile to remind me my life is not so bad. so go figure.

Ha Gabe is either completely horrified with my suggestion or is slackjawed with shock :_)

Any way a less offensive on is Brazil. rent the long one not the 97 minute happy cut.

The Fall is good. Very simalar to Pan's Labrynth in a odd stroy make up sort of way. its worth a watch.

I've seen pans labrynth it was very good sad and disturbing in a good way. I thought the ending was great i think they wanted you to decide if see really made it back the fairy world or if was all in her head. Or i could be reading to much into it.
btw TB what do you think of my sig.

HA i had not noticed. funny. nice. good one.

I enjoyed the juxtopostion of the war and the girls fantasy . I would agree about the ending but i would have to lean twoards the sad ending if you asked my opinion. Just my opinion though.

You will love Brazil. Tideland is Dark beauty. also you might want to watch "Fear and lothing in las vegas" becase Gilliam translated that book almost verbatium. somthing i thought impossible.

I still need to see The Fall then i'll have to see all the other movies you've recommend. Brazil, Tideland, and Fear and loathing that will keep me busy fot awhile.
Another good movie is "Dark city" my sister said it looked nightmareish. "Labyrnith" with david bowie is alittle kiddy but it has a good story. Taking about pans labrynith made me think of it.
