How do you set up clan games?

This might sound a stupid question but how do you set up clan matches in the game?

do you both join different parties and meet up in a game or something. My clan couldn't work it out lol

invite evry1 2da same party..and party leader sets up the game

but how do you know you'll be up against the other clan?
