then they have violated this rule

Users are permitted to be listed on only one team on each ladder at any given time. Users are only permitted one gamertag per ladder.

as i understand it anyone interpert this rule differntly then I am ?

Blue do you know them blue would never break a rule they only play by the rules clans have been doing this for ages as long as ur clan tag is stated in ur psn on the clan roster then you can play ask B.T. guys and BLUE guys or any GB vet for warhawk its a common fact these clans are legit and would never do anything wrong.

I can be

[ABCD] mobicube on the NA ladder
and
[XYZ] mobicube on the EU ladder
Users are permitted to be listed on only one team on each ladder at any given time

but I cannot be both [ABCD]mobicube and [XYZ]mobicube on the same ladder, I have to use one tag on the NA ladder, and the other tag on the EU ladder.
Users are only permitted one gamertag per ladder

But I can be
[ABCD]mobicube on the [XYZ] roster, if I am not already listed on a team on that ladder.

So basicly you can use any clan [TAG] you want to for any team, even if it is different.
As long as your ID is not listed on another team roster on that particular ladder.
