I got mine today (10\28\09) at like 4:00. My sister said it was supposed to hurt for 3 days... it didn't hurt at all. Except when I got viciously stabbed by the nurse..

I almost feel werid for saything this but you are cool for doing that and inocualting yourself. i got the regular strain shot but the H1N1 is not available in my area except for children an first responders like hospital staff. supposedly by the end of this month moving on to Dec the supply should increase.

Yeah, I got my regular flu shot earlier this month. I have athsma so it's really important for me to keep this stuff away. All this week so far over 100 kids were absent in a school of 500 to 600. It's only october.

Yeah, my doctor said it's a subtype but he said under like 18 and the elderly should get it. But there have all ready been deaths in surrounding counties because of this stuff. And yes I mean counties, not countries.

I decided a few years back. mild or not i dont like fever hallucinations. had one when i got the flu whlie working a full shift on the casino floor about 12 or so years ago. never forget that fact that my apron looked like rats fighting on my legs when it became detached accidentally. freaking floor boss would not let me off early. i probably got countless people sick.

Mild or not i opt out of fever hallucinations and diahrera and vomit when possible.

that h1n1 is killin me. i dont' have it or anything but something like 18 or 20% of the students in my school were out because of it for like 3 days. if we would have gotten up to 22% we would have had a good 2 days off

also i heard that last week we were only 4 ppl away from having school off

So true. Other than coughing and a fever there is really nothing bad. I have yet to get it and one day 140/1000 kids in my school were missing. I don't plan on getting it either.

I've never had a flu shot in my life, and honestly never had the flu. I'll catch a cold like every 2 or 3 years, but never a flu. Don't bother with the shots, they're crap. Do some research and ask yourself why world leaders are getting a different Swine Flu vaccine than the one the general population is getting.....

ok fish that has to be one of the sadest things i have seen in awhile. man it just shows you how complex of an organisam we are and how little we understand how to fix the human body.

ok still after seeing that. the flu shot is a dead virus. you can not contract the flu from a dead virus. the nasal inhalent is a live virus. i wont touch that wiht a ten foot pole but dead virus gimme more
