we just call it jelly here, which is what you call jam.

when i was young, whenever american television shows said peanut butter jelly. i always imagined a Jell-o and peanut butter sandwich.

you would probably have to eat one of those bread bowls with a jar of jello and jelly and peanut butter. and then have your stomach pumped before you poped.
