Week 4 - Life of a Spudster - Share those epic tales

Postby krazykat » Mon Mar 22, 2010 10:40 pm

So this last week was pretty nice, Cancun was a good rest, but very boring. Just eating

and everything. Other than that I got home and hung with friends.

Then I got MAG which I had already played a ton at a friends. I believe I'm lvl20 or so. Trash kdr, because of my brothers... Anyway already re received streaker, and just aiming for some medals and badges.

This week looks like a week of debate now that that is rolling out. Not the greatest for me, got my four year crush n her boyfriend as partners and she has known for a long time that I like her. We are tight, but it destroys me.

So this new obamacare thing. I'm not to happy. How are you guys on this? Embracing what the future holds?

Sorry, but this was the most random video i could find..

interesting.

IDK i cant be to specific about my job. I am a deputy doing IT support for my parrish Sheriff. ( parrish is LA for county :-) napolen code and all kids. )

I was fighting with a pc for the jail for most of the day today. finally fixed it but it was a pain in the but day overall.

Kat beware friends and girls that those friends are into. it never ends good.

I'm sorry gab, can't be easy.. Happy b-day tho!

I'm pissed at the new WH tourney. Horrible move by incognito. They of all people should know to listen to their fan base. Their fan base did not want a individual decided tournament. They wanted a team one. Also the fact that because it is individual makes it impossible for me to even get close to the grand prize angers me. Last but not least it is the same prize a champions blade. Shows how much you care about us incognito.

Other than that MAGGIN IT UP!

Sounds awesome!

Just to inform you guys I had one of my new years resolutions to lose weight right? As I was a bit obese for my age, yet my body did wonders of hiding it and i looked no bigger than any other skinny kid with my shirt on.. With it off... different story..

So In my battle to not being an overweight adult, or continuing this unhealthy lifestyle. I have..

- Lost 10.5lbs
- Started to run barefoot (I hate running, but when its barefoot its great)

way to go with making a choice to improve your long term health. the more you exercise and the more ferquent you do it the better your body will age.

the bare foot thing. that cant be good for you . get a good pair of walking / running shoes with substantial arch support. dont hurt your feet. :-)

Thanks guys! Its tough dealing with death in the family. I really liked my stepfather too. I will always remember him.
On a less depressing note I should follow in Kats example and start eating heathy and exercising more. Im a little overweight and have bad eating habits. I'll post if I make any progress but im a pro at procrastination.

WE live in the state of Pro Cras ta Nation. or somthing along those lines. funny NO FX song.

dude. hey if you need to vent you have several ears to bend. Death of a loved one is tough but the grief process is viatal to moving on. we all deal in different ways. IDK that i can offer any insight or advice that would ease the pain just hang in there and be around those who care about you.

eating healthy is tough. i exercise almost everday. execpt tuesdays and if i a have really bad sinus congestion. i am down from 190 somthing to 154 but here is the kicker. it took me about 4 1/2 years in the begining. i lost about a 1 LB to a 1lb 1/2 to 2 LBs a month.
i have been steadliy exercising for about 7 some odd years now. its rougher as you get older beacase your metabolisam slows and you bell curve on building muscle. freaking stupid you should be albe to bulild muscle easily as you get older when you need it the most.

any way i digress. fast food sodas. were what i mainly cut out. but i have a soda as a treat once and awhile.

My best investment was my tredmil. i got it on installment payments but it really beats going to a gym becase i just come home and exercise in my own time with no agrivation.

hang in there gabe.

Running barefoot has been proven to be better for you, than running with shoes

I've done my research. Even a Harvard doctor/professor has agreed that running barefoot is better. Standford XC team I think it is prefers to run barefoot, but don't worry I'm proceeding with caution. I visit barefoot forums and whenever I have problems I hit em up. A community with no hate, its amazing!
