Fish was trying to make a site that you could post videos and not have some of the hassles that come with youtube. Youtube then interferd and shut him down. at least thats how i understand it.

i had previous problems with youtube stripping music from my vids, so i finally decided it was time to make my own video sharing site, then i had another run in with youtube and they finally suspended my account and banned me from youtube
