WTF evoloutin. some one explain to me why constant snot pouring out of your head helps combat anything trying to invade your body. way to go mucas. stupid nose. i would give up smell to almost be rid of this.

Fish a neti pot is a small almost teapot looking plastic bottle you fill with salty water and then proceed to pour up one nostril and make it come out the other. I use it when allergy medicne is not doing its job and i am in a lot of pain. the sensation is like when you pass liquid through your nose

Hey pine it actually does work some time for me. not 100% though. i know people who swear by it but it seems like it only works some times for me.

Stick. its not what you would call a desireable sensation but its not really that awful and when it works and helps get rid of the congestion or pain then its all worth it.
