Video is kinda weird. about some guy writing something who falls asleep and has a dream. he like sees a hot chick and stuff and she's like come in this door, but it looks like the door is evil, so the guy things about it and decides not to go in so he like tries to walk away and gets sucked in. then he wakes up and finds out it was a dream.
is that the underlying story?

This song is not only about de Sade, but about love and sex, the soul and the flesh. It offers a view into the period of time De Sade lived in, when sexuality was considered an affront to God, since the Church believed it denied the soul.

De Sade took that stance to the extreme, denying anything higher than sexual pleasure as false. So basically this song contrasts the strict, spiritual world of the Church and the debauched, amoral world of de Sade.
