The room is (looks around) HelloKiddyLandXTREME it has the mode that was originally lifted from the game that allows you to get uber easy caps FCTF. JK no room exists unfortunantly incog wiped all the FCTF rooms they were great fun too.

YOU should be able to do unranked FCTF games. I do remember seeing the option sometime receenlty unless 2.36 did away with it.
