Wow. I didn't see this topic coming. I personally think it was a conspiracy. I think Oswald was in on it, but the one only one who got blamed. Because of the whole "Magic Bullet" deal I think it was someone in the car, or someone around him. I personally think 9/11 was a conspiracy too. Well, I still think Al-Queda were the whack jobs who did at least 75%, but I'm sure Bush and Cheney were not in the dark. If you look close enough you can see it wasn't a plane that hit the pentagon, but a missle, or what appears to be one. Plus, there wan't any "remains" except one, or two things. Plus the guy telling Bush, he looked around, and kept reading. I also think the Towers were brought down VIA controlled demolitions.But back on topic, JFK= conspiracy. And no, I'm not a derranged freak who thinks the goverment is just a....conspiracy.lol. I just DON'T like Bush, and think JFK was a conspiracy

What a serious topic. I don't think it was a conspiracy. There is alot of evidence supporting the fact that it was just one gunman who killed JFK. But i think people want it to be more complicated then just one man who for some reson that we'll never know killed the president. I can't imagine how it affected the people of this country to lose their president like that and i hope i never will.

Thanks for the compliments on the topic. i like keeping things light but this was on my mind and i dont mind serrious stuff as long as it does not kill the overall sense of the site. This is a deep rooted issue and involves most americans who are old enough to have lived through it or through documentaries books or docudramas been awakend to the intregueing serries of events in this and the following assaniations that followed. I was watching an amazing documentary i have to get the name of it so you can find it and rent it. it does not claim to froce you with its opinion but in best documnetary process provides an open ended disscussion by providing as many facts as possible. thanks

let me find the name of the documentary that i find the best and i will post it here. it really unravels alot to me.

PS in my own family brush with grateness. My uncle ( deceased) used to work out at the NOAC and Jim Garrison would chat with him from time to time.

My 2 cents on this:
JFK was killed by a mafia conspiracy.
Oswald had connections to the Soviet Union, Cuba, and the mafia but Ruby was only connected to the mafia. That makes a mafia conspiracy the only plausible one.

And i say this why?
Carlos Marcello, the mob chief of New Orleans who also controlled Texas, vowed revenge when RFK had him deported and dropped in a Guatamala jungle. In 1962 Marcello was quoted as saying in reference to the Kennedys: "The dog will keep biting you if you only cut off its tail. You must cut off the dog's head." He also said one could get away with it if one found "a nut to take the blame." Oswald worked in New Orleans from April to October 1963. He was a close associate of one of Marcello's top aides, a man named David Ferrie. Oswald was also the nephew of Dutz Murret, another Marcello associate, who set Oswald up in New Orleans (the mafia trusts family). A third Marcello associate arranged bail when Oswald was arrested in August for a street disturbance. Three weeks before the assassination, Jack Ruby, a small-time mobster, called Nofio Pecora, Marcello's chief aide. Ruby, who had suddenly come into a great deal of cash on November 22, 1963, said later that he was "framed into killing Oswald." After the hit on Kennedy, Marcello let it be widely known throughout the mob world that he had done the hit. He told Jimmy Hoffa through a mob lawyer "You tell him he owes me, and he owes me big." Hoffa rewarded Marcello with $3.5 million from the Teamster's pension fund for a French Quarter hotel project. Robert Kennedy told Arthur Schlesinger that he blamed Marcello for his brother's death. Ironically, RFK's 3 year prosecution of Marcello ended the day JFK was killed - Carlos Marcello was acquitted in a deportation case November 22nd by a jury in New Orleans.
